Mindfulness meditation breaks away from traditional standards, it can be done without necessarily having a defined environment or special clothing. It is a basic form of meditation, for everyone, even for those who already see a first limit in traditional meditation postures. It is a "modern" form of meditation that can be practiced anywhere, the important thing is that it is undisturbed and preferably quiet as long as specific time is dedicated to it during which we suspend any activity to focus exclusively on the conscious exercise of awareness. It requires a period of silence, during which one generally stays still with eyes closed and concentrates on something, such as breathing. Awareness is taken of the senses, sounds, thoughts, body and emotions. A guided meditation will allow you to go all the way without being blocked by the stream of thoughts that incessantly invade your mind and relentlessly fill your moment of quiet. Together we will create a personalized meditation, specially designed for you. The session will last 40 minutes and will develop in two parts: one of guided formal practice and one of shared investigation.
