We will begin taking the first steps learning:
- The position; The anchoring to the breath;
- The body-mind union with the 3-3-5 meditation; we will start managing body and mind as protagonists guiding them towards the same direction here and now;
- We will learn to be guided by the breath interrupting our unconscious wandering at the mercy of thoughts and deepest fears. We will discover where our attention is and learn to direct it thanks to the formal practice of mindful breathing meditation;
- We will discover that thoughts are just thoughts and that we are not our thoughts; We can observe our thoughts, detach ourselves from their flow positioning ourselves as spectators regarding their passing by;
- We will learn to familiarize ourselves with bad eating habits of which we are often unaware, thanks to the formal practice of food meditation;
- We will learn to manage our inner judge who pilots our choices, who determines the quality of relationships with ourselves and others; we will learn all the benefits of forgiveness towards ourselves and others. Forgiveness as a means to let go. Through loving-kindness meditation;
- We will discover all the benefits of transience through mountain meditation.
The MFO path respects the MBSR protocol for stress reduction;
Mindfulness meditation practices are for everyone, they will be adapted to personal possibilities. You can meditate anywhere, lying down, sitting, standing, walking..... at any age!
