Mindfulness

With mindfulness (translatable as self-awareness, full consciousness) it means an attitude cultivated through a meditation practice developed from the precepts of Buddhism (but free from the religious component) aimed at bringing the subject's attention in a non-judgmental way to the present moment. Practicing Mindfulness leads to significant improvements in the perception of physical, mental well-being and creativity.

The term is the translation of "sati" which in Pali language essentially means awareness, attention or full mental awareness which are qualities of being that can be cultivated through meditation.

My considerations for you...

Entering the world of Mindfulness means having the will to develop your own condition of well-being. 

We must not think that it is a change to go from one condition to another, change must be understood as a dynamic never static path.

Balance is not a stage it is a journey!!!

One of the reasons for unhappiness and stress is precisely not accepting that the transience of life and all the events that follow make our entire path unstable. Life is life and it is in continuous motion.

And it is in this moving context that we must find our balance. 

If we rely on others, we will suffer their absence.

If we seek happiness outside of ourselves, we will suffer its absence.

If we try to maintain stability at all costs, we will suffer its absence.

If we develop our potential, if we cultivate the relationship with ourselves, if we seek balance within us, we can only be happy.

Everything we need to live peacefully is already inside us, we must activate it to bring it out while respecting our personality.

Let’s take back the power to be what we want from others.
