Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products purchased as provided by Italian Law regarding the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree no.21/2014 Consumer Code).

To request your return, these are the necessary conditions:

- Our products must never have been used, nor be damaged;

- They must be returned within 14 days of receipt and shipped back inside the original packaging where present.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send an email to assistenzaclienti@mindfullnessolistico.it indicating which products you intend to use the right of return for and the related order number.

Return shipping costs will be borne by you. It is recommended to use a courier and send us the tracking number by email to allow tracking. Francesca Paola Catrini is not responsible for products sent by you and not received by her.

Upon arrival of the return, the products will be checked and if they meet the above requirements we will proceed with the refund, sending you a confirmation email.

In case of receipt of non-compliant products, Francesca Paola Catrini reserves the right to refuse the return and consequent refund.

The refund will take place within 14 days from receipt of the return and will be made directly on the same payment method used by you at the time of purchase. The credit times depend on the payment method itself. The refunded amount will not include any shipping costs incurred.
